The Annual common meeting of OFAA started at 11.30 a.m. at »Da Raffaele« Restaurant.

1. Lena Kelekian opened the meeting
2. She is underlying that the meeting is competent because the communication of the date and the place of the meeting was given to all members more than 15 days before the events and there were at least 10 participants (15).
3. Hertha is elected as the chair and the speaker of the meeting and Francesca as the secretary of the meeting.
4. The agenda is approved.
5. President Lena Kelekian gives the annual report of 2011-2012:
• OFAA exhibition held in Jakarta, Indonesia on July-August 2011
• Participation of photos of works from OFAA artists to the embellishment of the Clemenceau Medical Center, Outpatient Clinics building in Beirut, Lebanon 2011
• International Flag Art Exhibition from photos of art works in Beirut, Lebanon, May–June 2012.
• 1st Ecorea Jeonbuk Biennale Korea 2012, invitation from the organizer Prof. Ryu Ilseon to international and also OFAA Artists for an exhibition at Sori Arts Center of Jeonju / in the County office of Wanju-Gun / in the international Beokam Museum.

6. The membership fee is approved as 20 Euros/25 $ for this year and the next one. Hertha collected membership fees.
The assembly decided to send a warning mail to all OFAA members who did not renew the subscription by the payment of membership fees for three consecutive years: their participation to events and on the homepage for OFAA members will be suspended for non-payment of fees.

The discussion started about the OFAA Home Page:
• Rolf Kaiser (info@salto.com) will update and improve the website but he needs all information from OFAA members with descriptions and reports of events where OFAA artists are invited.
• Rolf Kaiser or Hertha will send once more "ID and password” to enter the member corner of OFAA website.
• Some members ask the possibility to upgrade his/her own profile by themselves
• Rolf Kaiser will realize a printable form of OFAA members list and activities.
Hertha is further on responsible as the person in charge of membership list and fees and updating memberships on the homepage.
•The participants to the Venice meeting approve to send a letter to London OFA-artists with a form to subscribe the membership to OFAA group.
The discussion went on about the OFAA future events and exhibitions:
• Lena will send a brief information about an exhibition in Abu Dhabi for 2013-2014
• Harald Schole proposes his ideas about a "travelling flag-event” from Beirut to… Amsterdam
• Victoria Cano is preparing a TRAVELLING ART Old City 2013 project.
• No chances to participate to Winter Olympic Games in Sochi 2014.
The participants suggest to contact curators of the next OFA exhibition in RIO 2016.
• Lena Kelekian is elected as the president for OFAA from 1.1.2014 to 31.12.2015.
Paul Tiililä is elected as the vice president for 2014 and Tero Annanolli (London 2012 gold medalist coming from Finland) will be his assistant for 2014 and is elected as the vice president for 2015 (as suggested by Paul).

Cristina Gori (Italy), Harald Schole (The Netherlands), Hertha Miessner (Germany), Tero Annanolli (Finland), Victoria Cano Pérez (Spain), Utpal Barua (India), Ryu Ilseon (Korea), Shatarsaikhan Biziya (Mongolia) were elected as new board members.

2011
OFAA exhibition was held in Jakarta, Indonesia on July 8th to August 8th.

The third annual meeting of OFAA was held in Venice on June 6th.

March 17, at the IOC International Olympic Committee headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, OFAA board members, President Paul Tiililä, exhibition manager Lena Kelekian, membership manager Hertha Miessner and Katy Feng from OFAA China had an offical meeting with Olympic Museum curator Frederic Jamolli discussing OFAA internal matters and future exhibition at the Olympic Museum in Lausanne.


2010
The second annual meeting was held in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina

27 OFAA artists participated in 2010 for two exhibitions in Bosnia & Herzegovina, one in the Olympic City of Sarajevo and second in the City of the Olympic athletes, Banja Luka.


2009
The members of the OFAA board were elected during the first meeting in Venice, Italy

20 OFAA artists participated in the exhibition of the 100 Excellent Artists Exhibition in Penang / Malaysia


2008
OFAA (Olympia Fine Art Artists) is a group of more than 100 professional artists—painters and sculptors, from over 40 countries of all continents. Their artworks were selected to the theme “China and the world” by the Olympic Fine Arts Committee for the exhibition at the China International Exhibition Centre, Beijing with the beginning of the Olympic Games in Beijing August 2008 and further on in the Exhibition Hall in the “Forbidden City” in September 2008.

All members received a five-volumed catalogue, the official Olympic Torch and a gold medal of the Olympic Fine Arts with a certificate of gratitude and honor in their name and in the name of their countries. OFAA was founded in 2008 by a nucleus of eager and energetic group of artists headed by Paul Tiililä and was registered in Finland as an active art association and has had its annual meetings ever since.

Olympic Fine Arts exhibition opens, senior Chinese, IOC leaders at present:  
The formal exhibition of the "Olympic Fine Arts 2008" event opened in Beijing Monday 12th August 2008.

Li Changchun, member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee Political Bureau, Jacques Rogge, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) president and Juan Antonio Samaranch, the IOC honorary president, attended the opening ceremony in the China International Exhibition Center and granted awards to 10 winners of the artwork contest in the event.

The event was themed "China and the world" with the slogan "The arts complete the spirit of the Olympic Games."
It aimed to represent the allure of Chinese arts and culture and sought to symbolize the joining of all the world's culture, according to a statement on its official website.

Artists of more than 40 countries and regions with 200 works are on display in the exhibition.
The event included a sports and art contest and 16 outstanding artworks from the contest would be on display as well.
The IOC first held the Olympic sports and art contest in Sydney for the 2000 Games.
